Overview
Tshiríhgèm Se was founded durring the early 15th century in summer of the year 1443, by Ghraingda Owen Qíhgùru. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Ghraingda Owen Qíhgùru.
Tshiríhgèm Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tshiríhgèm Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Tshiríhgèm Se is buildings are speckled and packed arround spacious paverstone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Tshiríhgèm Se's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Tshiríhgèm Se's political statment focused walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Tshiríhgèm Se is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Cultural Notes
Tshiríhgèm Se's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.
In Tshiríhgèm Se during thunderstorms, with each flash of lightning, everyone sees different monsters from the corner of their eyes.
The Herd Animal, Scythe Horn near Tshiríhgèm Se are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Tshiríhgèm Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves ritual combat to channel Illusion energies of tier 3 via recitation of scripture.
